CV Format for Poland (2026)
A CV for Poland looks a lot like a normal one-column resume, with two differences many applicants miss: the RODO consent clause at the bottom, and a photo, which is common there. Here is everything you need, with the clause ready to copy.

- Work experience – latest first, with dates as month/year (e.g. 03/2022 – 09/2026).
- Education – degree, university, years.
- Skills – tools and software.
- Languages – with a level, e.g. English C1, Polish A2 (CEFR levels are understood in Poland).
- RODO clause – last, in small text.
The RODO clause (copy and paste)
RODO is the Polish name for the EU's GDPR data-protection law. Many Polish employers ask you to agree that they may process your personal data for recruitment. If the job advert gives its own wording, use that exact text instead.
In English
I agree to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of the recruitment process in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
For future recruitments too (optional)
Wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych również na potrzeby przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych.
In the resume builder, paste the clause as the last section so it prints at the bottom of the PDF.
Example: profile for a job in Poland

Tips for applicants from India and abroad
- Write your work-permit status in the personal details if it helps – e.g. "EU Blue Card holder" or "Work permit: required". Be honest; the employer will check.
- Explain your degree simply – for example "B.Tech (4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering)".
- Add the Polish level you really have, even A1 – it shows effort.
- Job sites: Pracuj.pl, LinkedIn, OLX Praca, and Just Join IT or No Fluff Jobs for IT roles.
Tip: Applying in Polish and in English? Keep two versions of your CV – translate the headings and the clause, keep the dates and numbers the same.
